Initially, I had some concerns about the customer experience, and occasionally, the products didn't entirely match their online images. However, my overall perspective has changed significantly. I especially like Fondmart because have a Private Service Manager, and although the time difference sometimes delays solving urgent problems, I can't complain. Zona always helps me where she can and is always kind and patient even when I was a little abrupt, customer support can drive us a little crazy sometimes and I'm glad she's cold-blooded in those moments, this made me more comfortable and sure of solving possible future problems without so much despair. I still think there are aspects to improve when it comes to processing times and product images. 7-15 days of processing is a long time and I understand that the products sold are inspired by others, but I think it is very important to present 100% real product images. Some stores use third-party images and do not show photos of the mannequin, and some that do show these photos show great differences between the original and the copied product. It would be better to feature real product photos on models and add important details like the level of transparency. Regarding returns, I don't know if it would be possible to do something. Shipping freight to China can be more expensive than the clothes themselves and customers are not willing to pay that way, which has caused me problems and lowered my store rating. Otherwise, I have nothing to add. Thanks to Fondmart for the services and especially to Zona for their patience and dedication!

Fond Mart products are really beautiful

Not gonna lie , FondMart is one of the best Dropshipping suppliers for women clothing with somewhat reasonable customer support. But there are rooms for improvement. 1 : Products titles doesn’t make any sense ( you need to make a meaningful titles ) 2 : A better Description For The products 3 : Fix your WooCommerce Rest Api Issues ( Most Out of Stock Products Doesn’t get any updates even when you update them on fondmart ) 4 : If Possible Add a suggestion price like what similar clothing suppliers do. 5 : Make it easy to pay with credit cards without the need to wait for your manager to send you a payment link.

So far so good. We had a few bumps on the road, but thanks to our sales rep Judy, things have been pretty smooth so far. There is definitely room for improvement in a lot of areas, but overall experience has been fine thus far. Things that I would look into improving right away would be better quality for some of the products, more attention to detail with the private label application, faster processing times and shipping and better troubleshooting with customers.

I love Fondmart. Alice is super helpful. However, my only problem is the products here are same with Shein which is make my customer comparing to it. Even Fondmart is cheap the shipping took long and costly if you doesn't pay for express shipping it will take 20-25 days depend on the location. While Shein is cheap also and have points were you can have big discounts on the final price when you checkout plus the shipping is very fast. Anyway, thanks Fondmart!
