Folsom Bike is awesome! They really know their product and they have the best service in town! When talking to these guys they don't just memorize the product spec sheet and regurgitate it back to you. They know what they sell IN DEPTH! They know what it is used for, how to set it up, how to keep it operating smoothly, how to service it, and they have great prices. This is the best shop in town.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a Wahoo Kickr trainer after riding the demo unit in store. Highly recommended.

Folsom Bike, and Travis especially, were fantastic to work with on my new bike purchase. After describing my biking style, Travis suggested a few different bikes to try, and helped me choose the features I wanted in a no-pressure, no-worries environment. When the bike came in, the team adjusted it exactly to my liking, even re-wrapping the handlebars to set the brake levers exactly as I wanted them. Travis reviewed and re-reviewed new features with me and I love my new beautiful bike!

A bit pricey but other than that everything was fine.

I recently purchased a Trek FS3. I had been to a number of other local stores and had not decided to pull the trigger and purchase the bike. I did with Folsom. What made the difference was the staff and their desire to answer my questions at all levels. Of all the stores I had been to they took the time to not only answer my questions but to discuss them as well. They were not just looking to find the next person who might purchase something as opposed to someone who is still looking. I appreciated this and aside from the professionalism they took the time with me and made me feel comfortable. Hence they won my business.
