Folsom BikeReviews of folsombike.com

great service and selection of bikes, with a very knowledgable Staff of biking enthusiast! highly recommend purchasing from Folsom Bike.

Appreciated their flexibility, knowledge, and assistance in walking me through things I needed for my new hobby. Even a minute question on my rack such as, "am I securing this thing properly?" was answered without hesitation. Truly appreciate their patience.

Knowledgeable, helpful and quick turnaround—what’s not to love!

very helpful listened to my needs and helped me make a good decision

So helpful and service is great!

Excellent customer service. The Trek commuter bike is terrific.

The team at Folsom Bike is incredibly helpful, skilled and fully staffed. Love the special area with ladies gear and connection to the coffee shop.

We are new to the area and we were looking for someone to get our bicycles up and running. We went to Folsom Bike in the town center El Dorado Hills. Adamen was most helpful. We had no way to get our bikes to their shop. He said he would pick them up in his own car after work and after the work on the bikes were completed he would return them, in his car after work hours. This was going above and beyond. This is great customer service. They completed the work on the bikes in a day and we were able to enjoy our bikes before the rains came. I would recommend Folsom Bike for anyone who wants their bicycle fixed and good customer service.
