A business who cares about customers & very knowledgeable on products
I'd been going into the shop for almost a full year prior to making my initial bike purchase. I was ALWAYS welcomed, they always took the time with me & my kids to make sure to answer the many questions I always seemed to have, regardless if I was making a purchase that day or not. When it came time to buy my son a bike for Christmas, I ran to get there before closing time after full day of work... less than 10 mins till close. Not only did they not make me feel rushed or as if was the burden keeping them open a little late on a Friday night, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the bike was listed at the same as it was several mths prior. To top it off, they assembled the bike at NO additional costs, stored it for me over 2.5 weeks till Christmas and they were doing NO cost deliveries on Christmas Eve!!! WOW Now this is what I call excellent customer service, with great quality products and a place that truly cares for their customers as an independently owned small business. I will absolutly be returning for the remainder of the bikes I plan to purchase for my family over the next few months. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Honest Shop

A Great Bike Shop
Folsom bike is a great place to do business. I've purchased two bikes and a few other items from Folsom Bike and I am quite satisfied with my experience. I think having a realistic expectation is a key factor to building good relationship with your local bike shop. Customer service is great and the owners are great to work with. I will continue to do business with Folsom Bike. Cultivating a relationship with your local bike shop where they understand your personality and know the history of your bike is priceless.
