The bike shop and people are great but they missed a few things. I took the bike in because it was auto shifting or chain slipping. The gears/chain were worn after 10 years of hard use. They changed the chain ring, gear set and chain. It's a lot better but still doing some auto shifting, I tightened the rear cable which helped. Also, I had a slow leak in the front tire, which they forgot to change. Maybe this is normal with all new parts but I don't know. I will have to make another trip in and see if it can be adjusted properly. The price was in line with what Folsom Bike would charge.

We bought a 20" and a 16" for my kids for Xmas. Super easy. They held it for us util Xmas eve so Santa could deliver them. We also added a bottle holder to the front handle bars of the 20", needed an adapter and the holder for an additional $30+. When I went to pick up the bikes, the bottle holder was located on the inside of the handle bars. I had to explain to the service guy what a 7yo reach would look like. I'm guessing he doesn't have kids. When I got home and my oldest rode the 20", she had to adjust her grip to reach the brakes because they were backed all the way out. The gearing was also super tough. Easy fixes, but... The 16" was just fine as there are really no adjustments out of the box except seat height. That's to be expected. Overall, the folks are really good, super laid back, and knowledgable. Just those little things.

Was treated well when I went to get a repair.

The time it took to get product ,and they ordered wrong part one time. But Sam was great at customer service.

I've been building up a gravel bike and have needed some technical advise. Sam in the service dept. has been helpful.
