A little pricy, but a good shop with friendly knowledgeable help. They got my bike back to me a day ahead of when promised.

Great location. The “service adviser” was very knowledgeable and helpful when helping me decide how to best upgrade my drivetrain. The mechanic didn’t size the chain correctly so I had to bring the bike back. They quickly fixed it so it was a minor inconvenience. I’ll continue to do business there.

Got a great deal on an awesome bike. Always friendly customer service. I only wish that there had been a more thorough setup and fitting when I purchased the bike. You can’t properly set shock sag based on rider weight. That is a starting point, and you have to adjust from there with the rider on the bike.

Overall great service except getting back to me when I called requesting a manager call back about a problem with the bike. I never received a call back from anyone including a manager fir more than a week. I had to physically go to the store, make an appointment to service my bike. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Outcome of my visit turned out great. Initially I was upsold well beyond the value of my bike. Came in for a flat repair which turned into a work order for chain replacement, crank and steering tube repacking. When I returned the next day to cancel the work order the service person was understanding and helpful. It's my go to bike shop now!

Great customer service. My only complaint is the service manager would not stop trying to sell me a new bike no matter how many times I told him no. The bike I was having serviced was new to me and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to ride it or not, it had been many years since I had ridden. It finally got very annoying.
