Very friendly and extremely helpful. They all went out of their way to take the time and patience to help me find what I needed. They made me feel like an instant friend and part of their family. I was extremely impressed. It didn’t hurt that everyone was overwhelmingly competent.

I recently upgraded my gear sets for both my road and mtn bikes. I received extraordinary service, recommendations and follow through from the service department and would like to compliment Matt, Sam and Patrick for their excellent customer service with a special thanks to Matt, whose knowledge and expertise regarding Campy components made the difference in a successful transition to my compact gearing. Also, for my mtn bike Sam and Matt were technical specialist in selecting the appropriate chain ring and cassette match up through their gear inches calibrations to ensure my new 1 by 11 gear set closely mirrored my old double chain rings/cassette performance with a nod to enhanced climbing capabilities. I would highly recommend Folsom Bike.
