Not really sure how they work yet so can't say yea or nay. Only had for a few days. But the taste isn't the best. I do not look forward to eating them.

Being a postpartum twin mom, I had a significant amount of postpartum hair loss. I already had some regrowth before starting Folly gummies but in 28 days I noticed how much faster it was growing compared to the months prior. I’ve also noticed less breakage and my hair feels healthier overall. My only negative, and it isn’t really that bad, is that I recommend taking the gummies after you’ve had your coffee for the morning. Taking them right before or while I’m drinking my coffee made it not taste great, kind of like drinking OJ after brushing your teeth. I loved the texture of the gummies, they didn’t stick to my teeth and outside of coffee, they taste great!

I’ve been taking them daily for 30 days, and I honestly really enjoyed adding them into my routine. The first couple gummies took a little getting used to flavor-wise, but after that I actually looked forward to taking them. I also love that they’re individually packaged because it makes it so easy to throw them in my purse or bag and stay consistent, even on busy days. I really like the ingredients and how convenient they are. While I know hair growth takes time, I’ve already started noticing some little baby hairs coming in, which has been really encouraging. I’m excited to continue taking them and see how my hair continues to improve.

I used Folly gummies for 30 days after having my 3rd baby in 4 years. The gummies themselves were delicious! At 5 months postpartum my hair loss at my temples has started to grow back a little bit, but not as much as I would like. However, my hair is longer, and has filled in more where it was thinner near my temples so I’m very happy about that. Overall, I have been happy with this product and will continue to use it!

I love the way they taste and I really am seeing a difference in my hair. I only took one star off because they contain a ton of sugar alcohols, which I try to limit for digestive reasons but so far I haven’t had any negative experiences with them. I really like these Gummies!
