I have a very low package at Folium Hosting. Their total revenue from me amounts to a STAGGERING $10 a month. In spite of this, they have always made me a priority when I open a support ticket, some of their staff seem to really have a passion for this and outright went out of their way to try and help me with things that rightfully was not their responsibility, and they have almost bent over backwards to meet me in the middle to help me out and offer services they did not have to. Are their servers better than the competition? I have absolutely no idea, but their customer service goes above and beyond, and the servers are fine from what I can tell.
