Tucktec treats customers like extended family
Since purchasing two folding kayaks during their 2020 Kickstarter campaign, I've become even more of a fan of this company. Their attention to customer feedback is incredible, as is their above-and-beyond customer service. The personal attention that I feel every time I make a comment on their Facebook page and when I need or want to email them makes me realize how deep their commitment runs to their products and to their customers. I find the boats (even the 2020 version) to be supremely stable, portable, durable, and adaptable. I can lug mine around with ease, and I'm 53 and quite short. I fill it to overflowing with garbage when I'm doing river cleanups, and with clumps of invasive aquatic plants as well as tools. Never a worry about swamping! My only "warning" is that buyers should be prepared to answer a lot of questions when out in public with their boat! Folks are definitely curious about these unique watercraft.
