I spent $85 on a z flip case looked absolutely awesome online. green tuff looking case. they sent me a pink z fold case that looks like a $5 one from temu. Credit to them they refunded me promptly. but do not buy from these guys. Drop shipping nightmare. Not to mention it took 3 weeks to turn up

Placed an order on the 18th September by paying a premium price. They created an Auspost label on the 19th September and since then there has been no updates on the tracking history. Tried contacting their customers service but no response. Will be reporting them to the relevant authorities. Wish I would gone through the reviews before placing an order. Scam company, please avoid.

The tracking I received did not work, I emailed the company multiple times and received no response, and when the package finally arrived it was shipped from China and looked like a low-cost AliExpress product rather than the premium item advertised. The colour on my phone case started peeling off after only a short period of normal use, making it look worn very quickly.

I purchased a case, and although their email stated that tracking information would arrive within 24 hours, several days have passed without any update. I have attempted to contact them via email regarding both the significant delivery delay and a request for a return, but I have received no response. Furthermore, these products are quite expensive, especially considering that identical items of the same quality can often be found on Chinese websites for a lower price. I would suggest considering other retailers for your purchases, as you may find better value elsewhere.

Sent the wrong case and has not replied to any email regarding rectifying the issue

THIS COMPANY IS CRAP!!!!! IT IS CHINESE AND NOT WHAT THEIR WEBSITE INDICATES AS AUSTRALIAN!!! I HAVE PAID FOR A PHONECASE BUT NEVER, NEVER,NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS. THEIR TRACKING IS NOT EXCISTING OTHER THEN THAT THE ORDER IS IN PROCES WITH THE ORDER DATE. THERE IS NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL, JUST FLATLINE!!!! DONT BUY HERE FOLKS, DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered a case that mentioned 'genuine leather' multiple times on their site. 'Full-grain' mentioned too. It is NOT it is PLASTIC. They are misleading customers like me and I have not heard from them regarding a refund
