great service and beautiful product. You get 5 stars because I also count the value/cost ratio that is very good. I purchased the Dahlia 6inch Chef to my collection.

The knives arrived not sharp.

Our knife block arrived today. Love it! Spot on - just what we wanted. Well made, looks good, works. And arrived fast - 6 days from US to Aust. Sensational Thanks

Knives are terrible unfortunately they're all looks I wrote an email in detail explaining why. Basically they are sharp but the bezel is to wide and low, so it hits whatever you're trying to cut crushing it before the cut is complete.

These knives are sick! Couldn’t be happier. Customer service is top notch. Worked with Cory through some things and he’s great to deal with. If you’re on the fence about buying a set just do it! (Dahlia set & Serbian chef knife) Thanks again for everything I’ll be back

Outstanding craftsmanship. Absolutely beautiful Knife. You have restored my faith in the kind of quality that can only be made right here in the good ole USA.

Wanted to reach out and leave a review for FoldedSteel as they are truly a great company that stands behind their products!! Had a little problem with the magnetic knife block we ordered and Tom was quick to take care and rectify the situation. We love the quality of the knives and they are great products 100%. We Look forward to using them for years to come !! Thank you FoldedSteel!!

I got my butcher knife set for Father's day and I think they are more awesome in my hands than in the pictures all though a bit to pricey I am a chef by trade and will be putting them to the test big-time I think if you would take off $100 off the steak knife set n board I would buy it in a heartbeat to make the set complete. Thanks
