I ordered a knife as a present for a friend on August 4th, his Birthday is the 17th. 5 days later nothing on my Shop app is moving… no tracking number, no update. So I go to the website to look at their shipping again AND THE WEBSITE IS GONE! “Sorry We Will Be Back Online soon” no explanation, no clarification on orders. Just a box that says reach out to customer service if you have a question on your order. I email them no less than three times, I reach out BACK to the email they sent about how to take care of the knife they haven’t sent me. I reach out on Instagram, I call the phone number that’s listed on my Shop app to get a hold of them and it’s a Google number that goes straight to voicemail three times. Needless to say, I ended up filing a charge back with my credit card company for an item that I never received and no update about when they were planning on sending it. I will absolutely never buy anything from them again.

Ordered a set of knives March 13, 2026 as a Mother's Day gift (thinking in advance as a good husband) 2 weeks later half the set arrives. I reached out to Folded Steel prior to Mother's Day and no reply on status. Days later they contact me back that they will be shipping within 2 weeks. Another month later and nothing received and they've been completely unresponsive for over a week. Sending all back. Disappointing to say the least.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a few knives on August 6th as a wedding gift. My order status was "in process" for 5 weeks. At that point I started sending emails asking what was up with my order. All of my emails were ignored. After a week of being ignored, I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. A few hours after that, Folded Steel finally contacted me to say that my order would ship "next week." It finally shipped on September 19th and arrived on September 23rd. I cannot speak to the quality of the knives since they were a gift. But ordering from them was a complete nightmare. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

Worst customer service. We have a set and the chefs knife had a divet on the blade that always traps threads from the drying towel. While customer service agreed that was not acceptable quality, they ignored my many emails asking them if I could send the knife back for professional sharpening. They literally just refused to answer. They say their knives are guaranteed for life yet they dont stand by their lack of quality control.

I ordered a beautiful walnut cutting board from them. The first day using it I chopped a head of romaine lettuce on it. After I rinsed it there were huge knife marks all over it. I contacted them and was told that the board was "performing as expected" and would not let me return it for a refund. They told me to use mineral oil and wax on it. I am not using mineral oil every day on this board. My other board I only have to oil it every two weeks and I chop a lot every day. I will never buy anything from them again. What a ripoff!

Firstly I purchased the Dalia set, asked for a refund before it even arrived so they could just cancel the transit and not have me pay to return it. They couldn't do that even though it's an option through USPS. Then my set arrived, I got the wrong set. They sent me the lotus, they were willing to swap them out but at this point I'll just keep them. As a chef. There's absolutely no way these knives are worth $550. I've bought $60 knives that cut way better and aren't built so thick. These knives just bash everything open instead of slicing.

Knives are terrible unfortunately they're all looks I wrote an email in detail explaining why. Basically they are sharp but the bezel is to wide and low, so it hits whatever you're trying to cut crushing it before the cut is complete.
