Gm is extremely rude to his employees was wanting my food cooked longer had no problem waiting he comes up and says stop being spoiled he constantly yells at his employees every single day to a point where I got sick and tired of him yelling at me and disrespecting me I just quit walked right out I do not recommend this place for anyone to work whatsoever you'll be treated so bad by the management

Viver a experiência Fogo de chão nos 82 anos de minha mãe, foi nossa escolha, em viagem aos EUA fomos a uma unidade do restaurante. Toda expectativa virou decepção, o que era para ser um "dia perfeito" foi um dia "trágico"! A "experiência Fogo de chao" é feita sem carnes, nossa mesa não era servida, passavam espetos para todos os lados e poucos deles chegavam a nossa mesa, Thaise, a funcionária responsável por nossa mesa fez seu trabalho brilhantemente, tentou por várias vezes pedir que os garçons passassem por nós, mas simplesmente éramos invisíveis. Fiquei me perguntando se é porque somos brasileiros, porém haviam outros no local, se pegamos um pacote diferente, mas pagamos pelo full churrasco. Não indico a nenhum brasileiro que esteja nos EUA e queiram um bom rodízio, pois na Fogo de Chão não vão encontrar, até o buffet foi decepcionante. Agradeço muito a Thaise, pessoa formidável e que nos acolheu com o calor brasileiro, porém o calor da carne, passou longe! Seria cômico se não fosse trágico! E o aniversário da minha mãe foi uma surpresa triste. Voltamos ao Brasil dia 25/9 e levamos na mala a "experiência Fogo de chao"

I’m Brazilian and have been to Fogo de Chão many times throughout the United States, and this was by far the worst experience (Washington DC) I’ve ever had at any location. After having a few drinks, bartender William treated me in a very disrespectful and judgmental way for no reason. I was happy, not making any scene, and certainly not driving, so there was no excuse. I even spoke with General Manager Ricardo Ferracini, who apologized and personally served me. If the manager can see I was fine, maybe the bartender should learn how to treat customers with basic respect. As a Brazilian, I expect better from a place like Fogo de Chão. This was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.

For the first 30 minutes servers bypassed our table while serving guest on both sides of me. After receiving only a couple offerings the hostess asked to bring the bill. This was not a power lunch with unlimited offerings. After 2 hours and almost $200, I got what amounted to a couple pieces of meat, no sides, and no service. Very disappointed.....

Terrible service. We had a reservation but still had to wait over 30 minutes. The reception staff had a rude and disrespectful attitude, which made the whole experience very unpleasant. Such a shame, because the meat itself was actually quite good.

This was my worst experience ever! I made a reservation for 6:45 PM on April 30th, my birthday. I had a disabled friend from Seattle visiting me to celebrate at Fogo de Chão in Scottsdale. The flight and everything went well. We took an Uber from the hotel to Fogo, and there was a huge line. Already 5 minutes after my reservation time, we finally spoke to the lady at the entrance. She checked me in and told us we had to wait a few minutes. 15 minutes later (my friend is disabled, and I was wearing high heels), I asked how much longer it would take to get a table. There were many people waiting, a pregnant lady, an elderly couple, etc. The answer was just a few more minutes. Long story short, we asked again after 30 minutes of waiting, and again after 45 minutes. I then called an Uber. We left at 7:45 PM, exactly an hour after my birthday dinner should have started. I assume I do not have to explain that this birthday celebration was not at all what was planned, what my friend was flying in for and we ended up searching for a place that does not close at 9 pm, so I did at least get a dinner. My feet were hurting after standing an hour in high heels, my friend had really bad back pain and needed to take 4 Ibuprofen to get rid off, and the whole evening was totally messed up. If you want a nice evening, a celebration, I cannot recommend this place at all. Beware!

Los Angeles santa monica is not a good restaurant. All was cold including the beef we ordered. Super rip off. I simply can't recommend the food. Bad quality. Sorry but I'm not going again

Brea, CA. This restaurant has zero regard for customer health or safety. A few hours after eating here, I became violently ill with food poisoning. Management put on a fake display of concern and asked me to email them, which I did immediately. They then completely ignored me. No response. No follow-up. No accountability. Their silence speaks volumes. Ignoring food poisoning complaints is dangerous, irresponsible, and unacceptable. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to think twice before eating here.
