Focusmate has been my number one platform for productivity for over 4 years. It was the sole reason for me to form a routine during the lock-down and helped me fight my ADHD/procrastination habits in an extremely effective way. The community is superbly positive and the people working behind-the-scenes for the platform are just brilliant. They've even created a useful scholarship program to support some qualifying people, which means that they genuinely care about the members! It's a gem of a society/website/community/platform/tool. i have been using focusmate on and off for a couple of years now and find it a great help when i really need to...well....focus. the interface is easy to use, the new Google calendar sync is a great addition and I've not had a bad experience. the amount you can get done on a free subscription is testament to how the company seem to actually want to do good and not just cream in the cash. would 100% recommend giving it a try if you need some help with distractions and procrastination.

I have been using Focusmate for one year now and it is an incredibly big help to the way I work. It keeps me focused on my task for the time period I select (25, 50, or 75 minutes) and this way I get a tremendous amount of work done, versus being distracted by other things in between trying to work. And the interesting people I've met around the world is a wonderful bonus.

Have been using Focusmate for the past year now and it's helped me working from home immensely. Very rarely your buddy doesn't show up but it's out of Focusmate's control and they do take measures to try and match you with somebody else! Have been loving all of the recent updates and look forward to continue using this.
