The representative who assisted me was very helpful!

Excellent experience!

On behalf of my church Valley Grove Chruch, I would like to give honor where it's due. Mr. Feeney is a great person. Be worked with me, stayed in touch with me until I got my items and mad sure everything was taken care of. This is what I call great service. You went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for everything.

We are located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, near where Dalite has one of its manufacturing complexes. On several occasions, Focused Technology has sold us Dalite screens, handling all the transactions and communication with Dalite to allow us to simply pick up the screen and avoid large shipping charges. Focused Technology went out of its way this last time to make sure we got what we wanted!

Great to work with had nothing but attentiveness and professionalism.

They are very helpful finding the right product for the job. I deal with them on a few large ticket items a year and they have always come through with the best price. They have never failed to deliver when I'm on a tight deadline.

Very responsive and helpful. Great follow-up and timely

Our Photography Club ordered a new Draper brand projection screen to go with our new projector. Focused Technology had by far the best price. When we hung the screen, we noticed a "hot spot" due to a reflection from the projector (hung on the ceiling) to the audience. Focused Technology contacted the technical experts at Draper, who confirmed that the screen surface we chose should be too reflective for our installation. They suggested a different surface, and immediately started building one for us. We had it within a week and yes, it solved the problem and worked perfectly. And they didn't even charge us for the new screen. Now that's excellent service!
