Product was received on time and in excellent condition. The installation went well.

I made a purchase that without a doubt was my fault in having to have an item returned. I was happy with everything Focused Tech did to help me out but do think the restocking fee was a bit high. Other than that they are fantastic! I will just make sure I have all my ducks in a row the next time I make a purchase with them.

The staff were great - very prompt and knowledgeable. The web site was well organized and informative. I was able to narrow down my options, then a sales rep helped me finalize the decision. The screen I ordered took a few days longer than expected to ship, but it was still plenty speedy, and the free shipping made it well worth the wait! The sales rep should've repeated back to me my email address during my phone order. The resulting typo snagged my getting a receipt and caused minor problems on my company's end. I would recommend this company to anyone!

the outdoor movie theater I purchased from Focused Technology is a big success in my house. I did have a problem with connecting the projector to the speakers, but once I found an adapter, which only cost $4.00, that problem was quickly rectified. In fact I had to lower the sound because I started receiving calls, from my neighbors, asking me to turn the sound down.

I needed a lens cap. I chose this company because the price was lowest for what I perceived to be a commodity sort of a product. They shipped immediately over a weekend and it came very quick thanks to Prime. It took less effort than tying my shoes! My decision process was very quick and result was terrific.
