Focused Technology was simply GREAT to buy new projectors for our church! Prices were great, and Chris Feeney was simply outstanding to deal with. He identified the most appropriate projectors and lenses for us to choose from based on our setup and needs. He answered EVERY question we had with clear helpful answers... He went the extra mile to help us decide between two projectors by setting up providing us two loaners (one of each type we were tied on) at no cost to us!!! Now that's amazing support even before the purchase!!! I would recommend Focused Technology to anyone in the market for new projectors! Chuck

I ordered a Draper Luma 8 foot screen for our church from them the first one we got was damaged by UPS and they knowing we are a church shipped us a new screen before we returned the old one becouse we had to have it. The second screen we got was also damaged by UPS and they have done the same service. They have been outstanding and understanding they have met every need we have had. I believe there customer service is second to none.

The service was excellent. The representative contacted me to let me know that the projector I ordered and needed immediately was on back order. He offered another projector that was a notch above at the same price and expedited the delivery so it arrived in time for my event. Many, many thanks!

I ordered a projection screen and Pilot was the carrier. I am located on the west coast and Pilot did a fantastic job protection my screen. It was easy to track, it arrived at the appointed time and I was able to pick-it up the day before it was scheduled to be delivered. I found it very helpful that Pilot went to the trouble to contact the supplier, get permission that would allow me to pick-up the screen a day earlier. It relieved the stress of the item being stolen or return. I had a funeral to attend the day of delivery. I am appreciative and grateful for the thoughtfulness, concern and ability to work through this critical issue with me. I am thankful and feel very good about my experience.
