The customer service representative was able to understand my issue, which was an expiring lamp bulb. The rep suggested that in the future I change the bulb brightness to the Eco mode to extend the lamp bulb life.

I was looking for for a new CD player / changer (yup, people still have CDs) and decided on a Yamaha CD-C600-RK. Unfortunately, it was hard to get. In mid June I ordered it from Focused and got an email back the next day saying it would take 5-6 weeks to fulfill due to the manufacturer. Not surprised with all the Covid shutdowns. Sure enough, it arrived early August direct from Yamaha and is great.Oh, and the price was very reasonable.
