Great experience We were looking for a new replacement projector screen with a motorized roll-down feature for our church and found this place close enough to us for pickup. However, the first one was a damaged unit (motor is not working). We called tech support and immediately, they replaced the damaged unit. So far we are happy with the product, a little pricey but we are happy with it (so far - we had it for 2 months - no problem). I believe we ordered a 180 H model: hopefully, it lasts at least 5 years. No problem with the return, the only thing is that we had to transport and replace the damaged unit after installing it on a high ceiling.

I ordered a 12x12 Da-Lite screen. The price was reasonable, and it arrived within two weeks. I wasn't sure where my tracking number was, but I asked and received a reply promptly.
