Hi Dwight, We shipped the hat as soon as you contacted us, nonetheless we didnt notice it was going to Canada, and usually packages over there take around 2 weeks to get there. I am from Canada and I placed my order for a Covid hat after seeing Foam Party Hats on Shark Tank on November 13, 2020. I was able to place my order on their website and I was charged $4.00 for shipping. 10 days later I was told that I would be charged an extra $10 for shipping. I okayed that charge (although I was not happy about it) assuming my hat would be shipped immediately. It is now December 4 and my hat has still not arrived. I have received two e-mails (on Nov 27 and Dec 4) asking me to rate my experience. Because of the misleading shipping charges and my lack of a hat I am giving this company the lowest rating possible.

Hi Larry, After receiving your email we put your order at the top of our priority list, we shipped the hat on the exact same date you reached out to us (November 20th) as you can see on the tracking information. We just checked and the hat just made it to Canada, but it still on its way. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the shipping costs, but our system for some reason charged you as you were in the US, not Canada. We duly apologize for this. Please note that the delay is because of USPS, we did everything from our end to fulfill the order, event sent the hat the same day you reached out as mentioned, but USPS has taken more than 10+ days when they usually deliver on 2 weeks time. It took about a week for conformation! Then you could not ship on time. When ordering on the internet, I expect immediate conformation and shipment within days not weeks. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
