The hat itself is nice, however it did not fit a single adult. It seems to have been made for kids but advertised as adult.

Hi Ronit, We are surprised to hear this since very few customers have issues with sizing for our hats. I will contact you through mail to solve this issues. Best, Manuel

Packaging could be better

HI Nylma, Could you clarify what was the problem with the order? Was the hat damaged in transit? If that is the case let us know so we can make it right for you. Best, Manuel
David F.
The hat arrive four days after I was told it would and after my daughters birthday.
Response from Foam Party HatsDec 14, 2021
Hi David, We are terribly sorry about this issue, upon checking the order and speaking with you via email, we detected there was a delay on your package due to USPS. We shipped the package with plenty of time for it to arrive before your daughters birthday, but it took 1-2 weeks in transit which is quite uncommon. We are going to fill out a complain with USPS and please send us an email so we can do right for you since the hat did not arrive on a timely manner. Best, Manuel

I ordered a hat and was given a date when they promised it would be done. It still hasn't showed up. Why would they make these promises when they know they cannot fill them. Recommendations are they get some real leadership in this company and not that phony TV big talk exaggerating their abilities to run a business. Terrible Communication.

Hi Bruce, this is Manuel Rojas, the owner of the company. Upon checking your order, we shipped the hats October 12th so you should have gotten it with plenty of time by October 23rd (as you requested it). It seems USPS lost the package, hence why you did not received it on the required date. We will be more than happy to send you another one tomorrow right away as well as offering you a full refund due to the issue, since we are sure you needed this hat for Halloween, Thank you for bringing this to our attention and apologize for any issues. Please let us know. Manuel

GAMAL A.
Slow to ship, essentially creating new products one by one by hand. Slow responses, incredibly slow shipping method used via USPS, absolutely terrible I will NEVER but another item from this company.
Response from Foam Party HatsJan 4, 2021
Hi Gamal, We truly apologize for any inconvenience, due to Shark Tank we received more orders that we were able to fulfill quickly - we notified all our customers about this situation and mentioned we would take 3-4 weeks to fulfill all orders placed on Nov 14th-15th. We duly responded all your inquiries and even refunded you fully for the order due to the delays experienced because of USPS. Please let us know if we can do anything else for you. Best, Manuel
