Could've been better. Kinda disappointed in my order. 😓

The blanket was for my wife. She loved it but the process to get was a pain. I ordered at the beginning of Dec and didn't get until almost Christmas. I followed the ad that said order before Dec 14th and I had ordered on a Sat night which was the 7th. So around Tue, I was checking on when it would move from the warehouse. The first rep hardly checked anything and gave a generic answer of 5-7 days and 2 to process. So I followed up on the 9 th business day and received more fluff. I reached out a few more times and the same fluff. I started to believe it was a scam. In some ways, even though I got the product, the conversations I had felt scamish. But, I got the extra large office blanket. I still don't know what really happened to ship a single item of a blanket. It's not worth the price honestly due to it being a little thin. I got the blanket before Christmas as promised so I went half on the stars. Strange thing on their site is all the positive reviews but on the Facebook post, a lot of unhappy people that experienced the same thing. The company is so worried about not looking like a scam that they asked for reviews via email. I ignored the first and they sent another...
