Overpriced.
Overpriced for what the item actually is structurally in terms of blanket quality. Thickness and softness extremely exaggerated.

Hello Kevin, We're so sorry to hear that you are not into the blanket as much as we do :( As we've mentioned on our product page, our blanket was a thin cotton blanket so it can be suitable for summer uses. And I truly hope you can give it one more chance after it went through a few washes. If you need anything to be addressed, please feel free to contact us via: [email protected]. We'd always happy to help. Best regards, Foal14

Shipping/delivery is ridiculous
Shipping/delivery is ridiculous. Still waiting. The blanket I ordered is a gift and supposed to be here by Christmas, that’s what customer service replied to me. I ordered two weeks ago and it’s barely moved according to tracking. Not happy. Worried it won’t be here in time with Christmas less than a week away.

Dear our beloved customer, We are so sorry to hear that your blanket was still on the way. We are so sorry for it. The package was sent out since Dec 9 and the tracking link was immediately sent to you. But due to this unusual situation, the USPS might experience some delay in shipment. We totally understand your frustration and that you want your gift before Christmas. Actually we have reached out to the USPS but unfortunately there is nothing much we can do. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can understand for us. Thank you.
