They did good. Dan from technical support is a good man and he worked with me. My package was unfortunately stolen off my front porch were still in the process of getting me a replacement, but they’re good people there at FMS.

FMS put my concerns about the landed price to my door (Tariffs & Customs duties) to bed. I was told these are in the advertised sale price. And true to FMS’s words there were no hidden or additional charges.

STILL NO replacement wheels that fell of the aircraft on it's premiere flight. For a beginner aircraft the landing gear is too flimsy and the hubs do not lock in place. One did, two did not. Replacement parts ordered and three weeks later NOTHING. I want to order a larger warplane but not until FMS shows it can make good on replacement parts.

You have great products BUT the only thing I have against your company is the $15.00 shipping fee for EVERYTHING! Even a $2.00 item. That is were you need to put your thinking caps on! Solve that problem! Preston Hall
