The site was kind of difficult
The site was kind of difficult if you didn't know the part number you needed and also checking out was a little frustrating. Overall I'm glad the site was there so we didn't have to order from the catalog but it could be more operator friendly.

Havent been online to order for a little while. Unfortunately my first impression of the new system is not so good. The new website is far less customer friendly / easy to navigate as it was before...and its not just a matter of not being used to it yet. You asked for my opinion and i wanted to least you know.
