I have used FMP and watched the growth…
I have used FMP and watched the growth of the company for decades. I feel that FMP has done a wonderful job of expanding the product line, being well stocked, having above average customer service and adapting to the constantly changing environment of the Food Service Industry. First class service.
My distributor Michelle is the best she provides excellent customer service and helps with every need the company haves. The responds time is amazing and she confirm every order and eta accurately. I'm very thankful to have her as my distributor. Web site can be difficult to navigate
Web site can be difficult to navigate. Search engine not great. When calling to order parts you often get sent to voice mail which takes 24 hrs to respond. Shipping went from 1 to 2 days in my area to 3 days.
