I was in need of setting up FMLA with my work due to having to care for my Mom on more regular basis. We had just recently moved my Mom out of state and were in the middle of establishing care for her provider wise. Having the option to easily jump on a vc with an FMLA MD provider so quickly was really a breath of fresh air.
