Hello Avi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us an amazingly detail recount of your experience booking with Neil. We are honored to have been of service to you by booking airfare for your trip to Japan this past May. With discounted airfare sometimes the prices do seem too good to be true, and we are super happy that we were able to secure you an itinerary that worked for you at a great price. We understand that booking online with someone you don't know can lead to initial skepticism, and we are truly honored to have gained your trust as a client. We sincerely look forward to assisting you with your future travel plans. -The Fly World Class Team

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are delighted to have been of service to you by booking airfare for your travel plans. We see you left four of five stars, and would appreciate your feedback to understand what could have been improved, as we see you had mentioned that you had received a great response and great customer service. From your review it seems like the issue at hand is due to the volatility of airline pricing and ability to ensure fares and seats that are guaranteed as set forth by airlines. At the discretion of the airline fares can be held for ticket issuance on the same day so long as the date of travel commencement is seven or more days out. We certainly can hold seats for up to 72 hours, however the fare at which it was held may expire, again at the discretion of the airline. Some companies may offer promises they cannot fulfill, however we pride ourselves in honest integrity and would never want to do any of our clients the disservice of misrepresenting what we can feasibly offer. It is truly regrettable that the limitations set forth by the airline industry had cost you in this circumstance. It would be genuinely appreciated if you would take the time to let us know more about your experience by emailing [email protected]. Again, we would like to thank you for booking with us and we look forward to assisting you with your future travel plans. -The Fly World Class Team

Hello Tobias, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We sincerely regret that we did not have the opportunity to book airfare for your trip. We understand that your experience was not up to our world class standard. Our travel consultants always try to prioritize preferences set forth by our customers to select the best itineraries that meet their needs. With the volatility in airfare pricing and availability, prices can fluctuate. The itinerary presented to you was at a discounted price in comparison to what could be found online for the same itinerary. Upon learning that you found an itinerary that you preferred for your budget, we requested to find out the routing and dates to see if we can assist you in securing a matching itinerary at a better price than what is available online. Unfortunately we never had the opportunity as we did not get a response from you. As a valued potential client, we would have loved the opportunity to secure your tickets for you. It would be appreciated if you would take the time to let us know more about your experience by emailing [email protected]. Again, we would like to thank you for submitting a quote request with us and we look forward to gaining your trust and business. -The Fly World Class Team
