Hope this time will be OK
I am currently working with Neil and so far things seem OK. I gave it 3 stars because of personnel turnover. Neil is my 3rd agent in 5 months. The first 2 are no longer with the company.
Response from FlyWorldClass.comSep 16, 2020
Hello Jim, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We sincerely regret any sentiment you have in regards to being assisted by someone new. We understand that your experience was not up to our world class standard. We pride ourselves in being able to provide personal travel consultants to our clientele, because we believe it makes a huge difference to have a real person who understands your needs. Having them changed in that frequency is certainly not conductive to that experience. We want to assure you that this is by no means a norm in our company. As a result of COVID-19, we made major operational changes including organizational restructuring. We do not like to make excuses considering a global pandemic is certainly beyond our control; however, we certainly missed the mark in effectively communicating to you regarding why the person assisting you had changed twice in a five month time span. With this newly expressed information, we hope you can understand the actions taken. Should you have further information to share with us, it would be appreciated if you would take the time to let us know more about your experience by emailing [email protected]. Again, we would like to thank you for booking with us and we look forward to maintaining your trust and business. -The Fly World Class Team
