Be a smart consumer - ask questions.
After receiving a request from the company, I have deleted my first review that went in to detail about my experience. At the end of the day, what really matters is that in my case, in my opinion, they made a serious customer service mistake that ended in them losing my business. First, a few positives. 1. Their online form is easy to use. 2. The response rate is fairly quick. 3. My individual contact was very responsive via phone, email, and text. 4. Even after the experience that I had, they continued to reach out to try and earn my business. I would recommend that you ask lots of questions to understand what you are purchasing, in particular, how are they able to offer such low rates when the online fares are much higher? What are you giving up as a consumer by accepting a lower fare though this company? What are you agreeing to as a consumer to get this lower fare? Is your ticket refundable? Are there fees associated with cancellation? In my case, the answer to one of these questions made me uncomfortable, so I decided not to use their service. I have learned a lot from this experience that, in the future, will make me a better consumer of this type of product. To be fair, if you read the reviews, there have been many people who were happy with the service and tickets they received. That is definitely possible. The prices seem good and the responsiveness was also great, What wasn’t great for me was what is in the fine print. I walked away and they lost my business. You might be able to get your questions answered and have a positive experience.
