Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your flight was canceled due to weather and understand how disappointing that is, especially when you're traveling internationally. Safety is our highest priority, and weather-related cancellations are made only when conditions are not safe for flight. While we understand your preference for a refund, our Weather Insurance policy, which is agreed to at the time of booking, provides a full refund minus the purchase of the insurance. This allows passengers to receive a refund for this case. Other wise, a voucher valid for future use. We hope you'll have the opportunity to redeem your voucher and fly with us under better conditions in the future.

The safety of our passengers and crew is always our top priority, and when weather conditions deteriorate, our pilots may be required to shorten or modify a flight to comply with FAA regulations and operate safely. While we understand this can be disappointing, flights impacted by weather are not eligible for compensation, as these circumstances are outside of our control. We ask guests to arrive early so we have enough time to complete the required check-in, safety briefing, and weight verification before departure. That is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to discover this after you were already well on your way home. Per our Terms & Conditions, a late fee is applied when passengers arrive outside of the required check-in window, as late arrivals can impact scheduled flight operations and other guests' experiences.
