Location is pretty far out and a bit sketchy. Staff super unfriendly and arrogant. Besides the safety instructions, no clear communication on what to expect next. You get taken out to the platform and back, that’s about it. Nobody offered to take a picture to make this experience memorable. All in all super expensive but mediocre experience. Adding taxi cost to NJ and back, plus the additional fees, we probably would have been better off just selecting one of the Manahattan operators who didn’t have the flashy Insta videos.

The admin part left much to be desired, a lot of waiting and rescheduling but the pilot herself was good and knowledgeable.

The flight was very quick and technically wasn't the 16 minutes to be. I sat next to the pilot and couldn't take a picture with my feet sticking out above a tourist attraction. I recommend not flying when it's very windy, as the flight becomes slightly unstable.

Customer service was not good or pleasant, but the pilot was wonderful and the ride was amazing.

I've taken helicopter tours before, but since this one was open, I thought it would pass more slowly over the main attractions. I couldn't put my legs out of the aircraft like you see in the videos, nor could I breathe properly because of the aircraft's speed.

The people are not so friendly and it was so come with no doors at the hélicoptère.

Per il prezzo il volo dura comunque troppo poco. Io ho prenotato un doors-off al tramonto per mio fratello usando il suo nome, quando è arrivato il suo turno hanno chiamato il mio perché era il nome sulla carta e c'è stato un piccolo disguido. La receptionist è stata così gentile da venire a scusarsi subito però e il disguido è stato risolto immediatamente. Possono volare anche i neo-maggiorenni non accompagnati (cosa non scontata visto che a New York è quasi tutto 21+). Bella esperienza ma è costato quanto un bilgietto New York-Italia (solo che New York-Italia dura 9 ore, ti puoi portare dietro pure i bagagli e ti danno da mangiare, Flynyon solo 15 min, ore di attesa e nessun servizio aggiuntivo offerto😉). Alla fine del volo c'è stato un servizio di taxi per tornare a times square che costava 25 dollari a testa, e col freddo è stato molto comodo, bravissimo e simpaticissimo il tassista Amir.

I paid all this money for doors off. No one on the helicopter wanted to oh their feet out and I was the only one who wanted to yet yall put me in the middle. Wtf
