The front desk staff is not very kind and welcoming but the staff that actually helps you set up and explain everything and the pilot were amazing and friendly. The overall experience was very nice!

Everything and everyone was great! Only complain is shuttle btw Flynyon office and Apron not enough.We waited 45 mins after the tour under hot sun.And I have to say.45 mins is remarkable wasted time for any tourist.It must be much offen.
