The person who fitted the harness was extremely friendly, but they sell an "open-door" service—allowing you to dangle your feet—yet they seat five people in the helicopter, leaving the person in the middle unable to fully enjoy the experience. Furthermore, they should take into account that the vast majority of participants are foreigners who do not speak English, yet instructions and rules are provided only in English.

They were not polite, you could ask the girls questions, abd they were giving attitude, for $240 it was a bad experience, I even ask to pay for the shoes out guarantee, and they told me “I will be fine” I ended up in the middle, when I literally ask for the other price too

It was a good experience overall; however, we paid for the guaranteed window seat with our feet hanging outside, but we were assigned to a seat that only had a window and did not offer that experience. This completely ruined our expectations of having the full experience we had paid for. What was even more disappointing was the company’s lack of concern regarding this issue and their claim that a closed window seat is considered the same as a “feet-out” seat. To make matters worse, another couple who did not pay for the feet-out seat upgrade ended up having a much better experience than we did, even though we paid more for it. Passenger weight was clearly not a valid reason for assigning us to this poor seat, as our body weights were very similar to theirs. Therefore, there was no apparent justification for placing us in a seat that did not provide the experience we specifically paid extra to receive.

I was assigned a seat between two larger individuals and was squeezed in there like a sardine. I couldn't move my arm freely or use my phone to film the scenery. I feel that my experience was incomplete; I could barely see anything and couldn't stretch out my legs. I had booked an 11:00 AM flight—I was at the airport by 9:30—but the flight itself didn't depart until after 12:00, which complicated my subsequent plans.

A nice experience, but I reserved a seat with my feet out since January and when I arrived I was given the seat behind the pilot (that seat allows you to go out with your feet out 20%). It doesn't seem fair to me to pay the money requested and not get what you paid for. I could very well have bought tickets for a helicopter with the doors closed and had the same experience for much less money.

The helicopter ride itself was incredible, and the views were absolutely unforgettable. The pilot explained the safety procedures, and the actual flight was smooth and exciting. Unfortunately, the overall customer experience did not match the premium price of this excursion. From the beginning, I did not feel particularly welcomed, and communication throughout the experience was lacking. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of clear communication about when passengers were allowed to put their legs outside the helicopter, which created unnecessary confusion and took away from what should have been a seamless experience. For the amount paid, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service. While the scenery and flight itself were amazing, the way the experience was handled ultimately left a bad taste in my mouth.
