Avoid at all costs! Had a flight booked which was then cancelled due to weather. Rebooked for the next day and lo and behold they cancelled despite the weather being perfect and other companies flying! They then couldn’t accommodate us for 2 months which makes no sense as this is for tourists! Customer service is non existent and their policy is you get a voucher to use in the future! Unfortunately this is not something everyone can do as NYC is expensive. What was meant to be a once in a lifetime experience was ruined by this company! A loss of $700+ with no refund. Not sure how this company is still in operation - far better companies in NYC. Avoid avoid avoid.

NON FATELO SE PESATE TRA I 55 E I 75 KG Prenotato un door off che prevede l’assenza di porte, ho pagato di più solo per questo, oltre 900€ in due, ci fanno arrivare, ed in seguito vedere un video e solo dopo esserci inoltrati imbracati scopro che NON TUTTI I PASSEGGERI HANNO LA VISTA E NON TUTTI E 6 I PASSEGGERI PRESENTI SUL VOLO AVRANNO I PIEDI FUORI E IL LATO DELLE PORTE APERTE, VI fanno pesare appena arrivati per poi con un ordine di casualità vi uniranno ad altre persone e servirete da bilanciamento di peso, vi è un posto al centro con la vista ostruita dagli altri, non vedrete niente e in più dopo aver fatto un’esperienza terribile e aver discusso con il “manager” che non dirà altro che non si può fare niente perché è una questione di bilanciamento di peso, non ti rimborsano, non ti danno uno sconto, in più paghi quanto gli altri, non è specificato da nessuna parte ED È TUTTA QUESTIONE DI CASUALITÀ!!!!

When shopping around for a helicopter tour over New York we decided to pay a premium to have a doors off flight experience at sunset. This cost a lot of money, when we could have gone for cheaper doors on options. FLYNYON did not honor our doors off, sunset booking. Instead we had a doors on flight at night, which is not what we wanted nor paid for. When we questioned this at the desk we were told we were still getting a helicopter ride so they do not understand the issue. The issue was this is not what we had paid for!!! Very unhappy with the experience, especially for the price we had to pay. Also had to wait around for hours before we could have our flight as they changed our time slot without our permission. Would not recommend.

SPAM ——I bought "Buy Now and Schedule Later" tickets as a gift. However, when I attempted to schedule and redeem the tickets, I was charged an additional $518. This charge was not mentioned on their website; they only referred to a "booking fee" and not to paying for the tickets again. I reached out to customer service, but they never replied. DONT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY! They will definitely ruin your experience.

Don’t buy with this company. I will send you private message with photos of my credit card. They give you 70% discount and silent force you to sign a membership charging 5,99 monthly. I called to complain and the guy hanged up on my face. Terrible customer service and company Não compre com essa empresa. Comprei com a falsa impressão de 70% off e na verdade é um scam. Tem muitas outras empresas de helicóptero em Manhattan que são muito mais em conta e não te forçam a pagar um membership de 5,99 dólares mensais escondido. Fui reclamar e o sujeito desligou na minha cara a ligação. Que profissionalismo hein!!! mando para quem quiser os prints do meu cartão de crédito se não acreditar

I've never heard of this company and I've never even been to any of the cities they operate in. Matter fact, I live on the opposite side of the planet. They somehow charged 700$ and 2,200$ to my card. No clue how they managed to pull this off but it doesn't seem surprising after reading the other reviews on here. I hope visa, mastercard and other payment platforms ban them from using their services.

Nie polecam , są to oszuści. Po zastosowaniu kodu rabatowego miałem do zapłaty 165$ * 2 = 330 $ (taką cenę wyświetlił mi ich tragiczny system), a z konta zniknęło mi 1098$! Pisałem do firmy wiele razy że musiał być jakiś błąd systemu i żeby mi zwrócili różnicę , ale za każdym razem ktoś odpowiadał że nie może zwrócić różnicy. Jedyne co mi zaoferowali w zamian za to to przedłużenie lotu do 30 minut, ta firma to oszuści , źle traktują klientów , nie wyobrażam sobie żeby w Polsce doszło do takiego czegoś. Jest to ewidentna kradzież! Byłem też świadkiem jak inna para przyszła 5 minut za późno i dostali karę 75 $ za osobę , a tak naprawdę i tak nie zostaliby wcześniej obsłużeni ponieważ wszyscy z obsługi byli zajęci, w dodatku w poczekalni przed lotem czeka się około godziny, więc nie rozumiem z jakiej racji mogą ludziom nakładać kary, firma świadomie okrada turystów z poza Stanów Zjednoczonych. Jeżeli są niesprzyjające warunki atmosferyczne to nie oddadzą pieniędzy tylko oferują innym termin który można wykorzystać w ciągu roku, dobrze wiedząc że turyści z poza Stanów Zjednoczonych nie przyjadą specjalnie żeby skorzystać z lotu helikopterem. Oszuści!

We had a great flight and everything went smoothly. The reason for 1 star is that when making a reservation you are enticed to pick a 70% discount, this disgusting little marketing trick signs you up to a monthly subscription of "NYON SkyClub Membership program" for 5.99 dollars a month. I discovered this 3 months after and they refuse to refund me even though I did not use this subscription service any more. Don't book your flight here.
