Excellent Customer Service and Amazing Skate Quality
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Flying Eagle. I originally had a sizing issue with my first pair, which was completely my mistake since I didn’t properly measure my feet beforehand. Even though the skates ended up being larger than my actual size, I was honestly still blown away by the quality, comfort, and overall feel of the skates once I tried them. That experience alone is the reason I decided to go through the exchange process instead of simply switching to another brand. Their customer service stayed in communication with me throughout the process and ultimately helped me find a faster and more convenient solution within the United States. I currently own three pairs from this brand, including the Flying Eagle Eclipse Inline Skates, and they honestly do not disappoint. The skates feel premium, durable, very customizable, and extremely fun to ride. One recommendation I would give to new buyers is to always measure your feet in centimeters before ordering (inline skate sizing can fit differently from regular sneaker sizes). That is the best way to avoid sizing issues like the one I experienced. Despite the complications that can naturally happen with international sizing exchanges, I truly appreciate the support I received and the effort the team made to help resolve everything fairly. I would absolutely recommend this brand to anyone looking for high-quality inline skates.
