A toast to this SUPERWOMAN PEGGE TRAIL of Reali Realty. Besides getting us more than our asking price, she worked tirelessly to close the sale of our house in a very quick time amid the pandemic we were experiencing. We are very happy with her service and we will be recommending her to others. Thank you again Pegge and hope to be dealing with you again. Aida Castro Note: The above review was from my wife Aida I really could not add much more than to describe Pegge Trail's service and professionalism as EXCELLENT! She never gave up due to disappointments and challenges posed by earlier failed offers (mainly due to covid-19) and even presented us with a spectacular offer that we could not refuse! She held us with a steady hand every step of the way. She had the same reassuring voice from start to finish. We'll not hesitate to recommend her services to family and friends. BRAVO!!! Rey Castro

The experience I had with the Reali Team and Ilana Herring was great! Although we’re in the depths of the Coronavirus, and visits to my condo were not available, Ilana assured me that her team of professionals would take pictures and offer virtual tours to prospective buyers. Not only did we appreciate the excellent presentation of her and her team, we received multiple offers and wound up selling for more than the asking price! Thank you Ilana and your wonderful team for a seamless operation! We will be using your services in the future!

Pegge Trail from Reali helped us buy a dream house! She was so patient with us, always answered phone or email, and pulled a crazy amount of disclosures. After writing the very first offer we went into Escrow - but unfortunately had to pull out based on contingency - the house was in a far worse shape after doing inspections (leaking roof, old sewer, electrical issues) and we could't come to an agreement with sellers on price. After that Pegge helped us write couple of more offers to finally get accepted for the dream house. Our offer was accepted right before COVID and we had to face all of the "bonuses" that came with it - hard to get an inspections, delay in closing and so on. Pegge was always by our side, negotiatin with the sellers an early move in date, since we already gave landlord notice and had no place to live. (You can probably imagine the anxiety level at this point). She helped us handle this stressful situation and I will be forever grateful! She is also has a great personality and very fun to work with - I highly recommend her. She has an extensive knowledge of Bay Area and can help determine good/bad areas.

I am so happy with the transaction coordinated by Sherie Corsello. Sherie offered her guidance to help me put in a very strong offer in a very competitive market. My offer was accepted just before the SIP order was set in place due to COVID-19. After the SIP, It was definitely not business as usual and Sherie handled it like the pro that she is. It was a little unsettling for me to enter into a contract when the markets were so volatile but working with Sherie eased my nerves. I always felt like the transaction was in great hands and I couldn't be happier with the overall outcome. I will highly recommend Reali and Sherie specifically. Thank you so much!

Hopeless experience. Responsive but they kept requesting more and more documentation. Tax returns, 3 years, K1s, business returns, lease agreements, articles of incorporation, account statements, it seemed endless and I never got through to a lender, just dealing with their staff.

Pegge has been wonderful in representing me in my property sale. She worked hard and diligently for a very satisfactory outcome. We put the property up on the listings just at the same time the COVID-19 virus hit and all the Shelter-In-Place restrictions started being implemented. Pegge helped us "hold fast" and continue with the open house and with all the cleaning and sanitizing necessary. We ended up with 19 offers, 3 back-up offers. The first offer fell out due to unfortunate job loss but the second one came through at an even higher price so we are very satisfied with the eventual sale. The process was stressful due to the virus implications to the market but Pegge worked with me putting in the long hours and assisting me with all the paperwork questions I had through-out.She was always there for any question, concern, worry, etc.. I cannot recommend her working with Pegge Trail enough! You will fortunate to have her as your agent.

Pegge, our agent has been the best agent I have worked with. She has been on top of any and all issues that have come up while purchasing a home during CV-19. She is communicative, positive, and solves any issues that come up in a quick and calm manner. When we buy or sell next I will definitely use Pegge and Reali again! Thanks Pegge!

We went with reali mainly for the bridge loan using their trade in program. There is still some growing pains and lack of communication in their processes that need smoothing out. As an example we received 3 notices for the inspections for the home we were purchasing, that was fine. A day or two later we received notices for the home inspections on our home, wait a minute. Nobody ever contacted us about being ready for the home inspections, which we weren't, had to reschedule them for 30 days later, communication was would of saved confusion and extra time on my part. We originally went with reali loans, let's just say we we ended up going with our credit union for the loan and it wasn't for a better rate, too many issues with that part of reali. Sherie Corsello was our agent, very professional, especially helping buy and sell a home during a pandemic which is uncharted territory. My recommendation is to always get everything in writing, had a discrepancy at the end and I'm real glad I had the information in an email trail. It would of been nice if reail had 1 project coordinator (especially for trade-ins where you're using all their sub-divisions) you could go to for all questions and they could route it to the correct reali person, they have too many cooks in their kitchen. I'm sure they will iron out all the rough spots and it will be smoother in the future.
