absolutely not recommend, would not fly with it even if i have to walk. caotic boarding, feels like you taking a crowded buss, Nobody taking its designated seat, and when they do, there is no space for handbagage, I sat in seat 15 and hade to put my bag near seat 28! dely with the flight, missed my train home. lost my check-in bagage, they would get it next flight about a week later which is rediculous. Terrible customer service. seat table and storage compartment were disgusting and nasty, my phone got gooy stuff when i put it there.

One of the worst Airlines, no refunds no ticket change, even if someone reserve a seat and pay extra the seat at check in is given to someone else ، the seats ist not comfey it is like a seat made of wood, delayed and cancelld all time or funny thing they relocate to another Airport and passengers must go there even if it is 300 km away or they will lose their money. شركة لا أمان لها والخدمات سيئة لأبعد الحدود . واجهت مشكلة اضطررت فيها لإلغاء تذكرتي تواصلت معهم لألغائها ثم اخبروني بأنهم سيرسلونني المبلغ المتبقي حوالي ٣٠ يوم. وها قد مر على هذا الكلام حوالي ٣ اشهر. تواصلت معهم اكثر من ١٠٠ مرة وبالأخير وضحوها لي وقالولي لن ندفع لك. الله لا يسامحكم

Fly Erbil ist ein Betrugs Unternehm. Die haben uns viel Geld abgenommen 250 Euro für den Koffer, also das Gewicht war nicht stimmt , obwohl wir hatten die kilos gekauft, wir hatten auch Beweise Die Mitarbeiter der flys Erbil waren richtig respektlos mit allen mit den Kinder auch شركة نصابة ومحتالة حجزت ل 3 اشخاص بس شركة اخدو مصاري كتير واخدو ع سعر كيلو ١٠ يورو بدال ٧ دولار واخذو منا ٢٥٠ يورو مع انو وزن مسموح 7كيلو مسموح الك تاخذه لفوق ما مسموحا بهادا شي واخدو مني مصاري على باب طيارة في عندي دليل على هادا شي ما بنصح حدا بهاي شركة وتعامل موظيفين في الشركة من ناحية اقليم كوردستان سئ جدا

اول مرة و اخر مرة اطلع مع هي الشركة . من هانوفر الى اربيل كان في تاخير ساعتين . ومن اربيل الى هانوفر كان في تاخير ٤ ساعات. وكتير شباب طلع بغير تواريخ كمان اشتكو من هي الشغلة . لا في انضباط ولا في احترام
