Flight Cancelled with no refund Received
My flight was cancelled with 7 hour's notice which left me stranded. I have been trying to get my refund and they have emailed me to say it was completed but it's not in any of my bank accounts. You can't contact them and have spent 8 hours waiting on chat with no contact at all. The actual flights are fine with no complaints at all, when they run. Fingers crosees they can sort out their problems and continue running
