So paid 15 dollars a seat to book myself and my two boys from. Cairns to the sunshine Coast, left Cairns 1/2 hr late, boarded the plane to find my 8 year old and my ten year old were in different rows, all window seats but in different areas! Thanks to the cabin crew who put us together. Arrived on the sunshine Coast and waited atleast 1/2 hr before luggage to get out. Never again Bonza a big thumbs down

Not sure whether it's an aviation company or scam. Take bookings and cancel or reschedule flights destroying the passenger's plans. No customer service number or enquiry numbers. Worst chat service which cannot provide any proper support. I had one booking I will never ever use this flight service.

Unfortunately, the lowest score I can give is 1 star. This is a scam airline. Please do not book. I was hesitant at first and thought about giving them this airline a chance, big mistake.

Would give a ZERO rating if I could! Absolultey terrible service. Have been waiting on a refund for 2 months. Only way to contact them.is via the Bonza App which you then wait for hours for a reply! Never again!

Con artists - don’t use them! Cancelled our flight on the day even though it was delayed the day before, so they knew there was an issue. we werent even notified of the cancellation we saw it on the board! try and contact them regarding refund and compensation and radio silence. not a legitimate airline, dont use them.

Booked flight with Bonza Airlines. Tried to reschedule due to circumstances beyond my control but apparently this was not possible. Despite paying for cancellation coverage airlines responded with "no refund".

I've tried contacting Bonza through the App chat line. Waited hours over 4 days. Absolutely hopeless, needed my confirmation number to check my booking. I didn't receive any emails either. There needs to be a human for phone contact
