Both assembly and customer service very poor. The only reason I have given it 2 is because it seems strong enough but we will see. Assembly instructions unclear, too small print so close together that even blown up they are of no use. Additionally none of screws, nuts or washers are labeled to assist you. The online chat is worthless if they Have no one available they just have you send email address and they will get back to you when someone is available. Okay so three days later, really no word. Even if it is the president or CEO of the company the minimum would be to notify you of an expected turn around Time. Don’t waste your money and time buy from a reputable fitness company who has been doing this long enough to give a rip about their customers.

I wish I had good things to say. Misreading the website led me to the wrong product. I refused the product unopened. To resolve the issue thru e-mail was difficult, with confusing responses from them. 14 days after they received, a partial refund was issued. Shipping charges may be OK, but shelving, handling and processing seem unreasonable. Don't make a mistake with these folks, or you will be sorry.
