Advanced Air AmbulanceReviews of flyambu.com

‼️There is no other way to say it than that AARC (Advanced Air Ambulance Corp) by way of their relentless Representative Richard Abbara saved my wife’s life. My wife suffered a life threatening injury while we were on vacation last month for our anniversary. After 2days of calling companies to get her transported back to the United States, Richard called me back and organized a charter jet to get her out of there same day - a miracle especially during the weekend. We were in the care of some of the top neurologists in the country by 11:30pm the same day. God bless you, Richard and AARC. My family and I are forever in your debt. Thank you, and anyone reading this - they are the REAL DEAL. Thank you again, Richard 🙏🏾 -Edwin-

Rich and the whole team treated my brother and our whole family with care and respect. My brother came home safe, and sound and I highly recommend Advanced Air Ambulance!!! Thank you so much.

Due to medical reasons elderly family members needed to move from Largo, Fl to Colchester Ct. Advanced Air Ambulance was chosen to coordinate this move. Richard kept us informed every step of the way. Due to his experience this ground transport and flight was accomplished without any issues and on schedule.

Our family urgently needed to have an out-of-state relative, who was hospitalized with serious medical conditions, transferred from a Houston Hospital to the State of Florida so that family could help with his care. After contacting Advanced Air Ambulance, they provided the information needed by hospital professionals to make the transfer happen by Air Ambulance. There were a couple of forms to be filled out, and they did the rest. From start to finish, Richard (with Air Ambulance) was there to provide support and get the job done. He gave us a timeline and worked with the necessary people in Houston to have the patient safely moved from Houston to Florida We were not aware this service existed until it became necessary to use it. They are an incredible team with the knowledge and skills to help families who need to have a loved one moved safely to another location by air ambulance. We are highly satisfied customers who give a 5 Star recommendation to Advanced Air Ambulance.

Wow. I hoped I would never have to use a service like this. However, when we needed to transport my mother from North Carolina to Florida, the team at Advanced Air Ambulance was nothing short of spectacular. I knew as soon as I gave Richard all the pertinent information, he had control of all the logistics. they were extremely punctual and delivered on their promise of timeliness, safety, and care. I hope we never have to use a service like this again but, if we do, there is no doubt who our choice will be.

Our lives became incredibly complicated when we needed an air ambulance to pick up a family member from an island in the Bahamas and deliver her to a hospital in Texas. Richard, at Advanced Air Ambulance was incredible in his attention to detail and his follow up regarding all the complexities of coordinating passports, hospitals, flight plans and ambulances. It was a joy to work with someone so competent and tenacious during such a difficult and complicated time.

Richard and Al were very responsive in putting together a Learjet and crew including doctor and nurse to fly us from Quebec City to Los Angeles in less than a day's notice. We had no trouble reaching them or getting calls back during setup. They arranged ground ambulance at both ends. Pilots and attending physician and nurse were very attentive to my wife's needs throughout the flight.

RE: Advanced Air Ambulance, Corp- Miami I truly cannot say enough about this company! They assisted us in getting hospital admittance in Miami. Kept in communications with both current and transferred hospitals. Our representative, Richard helped us get both admitted and financial cleared at the new hospital so that we could get our sister released from the overseas hospital. I did not feel alone in this process, as he proactively helped me navigate each obstacle we faced in getting her released. The medical team that arrived was top notch! They also coordinated all ground ambulance transport to and from the plane. Once they were picked up Richard send a confirmation email when they were in the air. Thank you, we are all forever indebted to you all.
