⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 Stars If I Could! Honestly, if I could give Advanced Air Ambulance more than 5 stars, I would give them 10 without hesitation! They helped transfer a 13-year-old girl battling leukemia from the United States to Egypt, and I cannot express how amazing the entire experience was. She was accompanied by a wonderful doctor and an incredible nurse. Both were highly qualified, compassionate, understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for throughout the journey. I actually volunteered to travel with the family to help them, and the company was kind enough to cover my round-trip ticket as well. This was such an emotional journey, with lots of tears and difficult moments, but the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care we received made such a difference. What impressed me most was that they didn't just provide medical transportation. They truly understood what this family was going through and treated everyone with so much respect, patience, and compassion. They know exactly what they are doing, but more importantly, they have HEART. I will forever be grateful for everything they did for this young girl and her family. I highly recommend Advanced Air Ambulance to anyone who needs this kind of service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

My wife had terminal stage 4 pancreatic cancer. MD Anderson in Houston couldn’t do anything more. My wife requested hospice care. We needed transportation back to Chester County, PA area. Advanced Air Ambulance saved my life, emotionally, and my partners life, physically, when I needed urgent medical transportation from Cancun to the U.S. I can’t recommend them enough! I cannot say enough amazing things about Advanced Air Ambulance. After my partner suffered a femur break in Cancun that required immediate surgery, I needed urgent medical transportation back to the United States and had no idea where to even begin. From the very first call, AL was absolutely incredible. He was always available, any hour, by phone or email throughout the entire three days we were coordinating everything. Honestly, it felt like he worked 24/7. He truly became my lifeline during a very stressful and frightening time when I didn’t know how I was going to get to a hospital in the U.S. The flight crew—the pilot, doctor, and nurse—were equally outstanding. From the moment we arrived at the airport by ground ambulance, they made not only the patient, but me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Their professionalism and compassion meant everything to me. I will forever be grateful to AL and the entire team for helping me through such a difficult and scary situation. Recently, my wife and I received the kind of phone call no parent wants to hear: our 19 year-old son was in a serious accident while traveling in Mexico, and he required immediate surgery and specialized care. And while we were lucky he was attended to by an excellent doctor in Mexico, we were advised he needed to be transported to Los Angeles immediately for more specialized surgery. We needed to secure an air ambulance, staffed with both expert pilots, as well as medical staff, to pick up my son in Mexico, and fly him internationally to Los Angeles, while also dealing with all the logistics and paperwork that accompany this kind of discharge. And this needed to happen in the next 24 hours. After multiple attempts, with flaky services and non-responsive companies, we connected with Richard Abbara at Advanced Air Ambulance. He was used to dealing with people at their most stressed, with real life stakes where time was of the essence. He assured us he would get our son to Los Angeles by the next day. Plans were made, paperwork managed (visas, passports, discharge instructions), and a plane with a fantastic crew showed up in Puerto Vallarta as scheduled. And a few hours later, my son was in Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles getting the care he urgently needed. We are incredibly grateful to Richard and his team at Air Ambulance, and their service is extraordinary during the most stressful moments a family can endure.

From the first phone call, to all my calls between the staff were polite, helpful and understanding. The plane, pilots and on board nurses were outstanding!! The whole experience was amazing ! Our goal of bringing our mom back to US safely was met . Richard was giving us updates all the way from when we started coordinating my Mom's travel to when she arrived to the San Antonio hospital . The medical staff who accompanied my mom in the commercial flight from Manila to Houston were amazing and were very professional and competent . Our whole family is very appreciative of this service !!!

AAA exceeded any reasonable expectations in what was a difficult situation. My friend was on vacation in Hawaii, had a medical emergency, and needed to be in Seattle with his doctors and family. I called AAA on a Sunday morning. Al Meyreles answered the phone and was dedicated and skilled at sizing up a complicated situation and springing into action. By Monday night AAA had a jet positioned in Hawaii. By Tuesday evening they had my medically compromised friend returned to Seattle. The flight and care of my friend was top notch.
