Never received Order - Customer service was a joke and company scammed me.
Never received order, was told many times it was delivered but they couldn't give specific address, definetely wasn't at my address that I gave them. They said it was delivered to post office and it was my responsibility to pick it up, but couldn't give address of which post office as there are 3 in my city. Asked numerous times for refund and was denied and asked to be patient and continue to wait for product. They said, well it could be lost in the mail..and yet...you said it was delivered. Filed grievance through payment co and was denied refund as they again stated it was delivered. A complete scam and I am super upset about losing $50.00
