Ordered 12-pack of pants. Same as others, received a China Post tracking # 3 weeks or more after order. While someone is answering emails, they are unhelpful, telling me the problem lies with my local post office, and there's nothing they can do. Has anyone received their order from this place? Do not waste your time or money.

If there was a -5 Rating they would win hands down. I Ordered 16pair of cargo trousers back in may26. No tracking was available till I emailed them after 3 weeks ! Then tracking for what it was worth came up in transit. This went on well into July then a email arrived telling me it had been delivered & signed for? As I was at home no parcel came I even have ctv around & no evidence of a delivery! I emailed once again to be shown a so called delivery notice that didn't exist & Informed to contact royal mail. This I did even spoke to them personally to find out no such valid tracking no. I then contacted PayPal to claim money back to be told because they had shown a delivery note I couldn't receive refund of them either 😡. I emailed company once again to be told they would only be able to issue a 30% refund of course I refused pointing out it was my right to claim a full refund. Emailed me back & raised to 40% Then informing me that THEY would be taken a substantial loss ? That is the last I heard Stopped replying to my emails. NO refund No parcel to say I'm fuming is an understatement Lost money A FRAUDULENT COMPANY please don't be the next victim of their huge scam.

This company is the most fraudulent I have ever encountered. After 38 days, they send notice package was delivered. It was not delivered. I went to the post office and they validated I never received a package from this company. Communication is poor and they offer on 50% refund, on a package never received.

I’d give them zero stars. I placed an order on 6/9/26 for ten pair of capri pants. By 6/20/26 I wrote to them because the tracking wasn’t showing anything. No response. I took it up with my bank but by that time the tracking was suddenly showing information, so I waited. Now it says delivered 7/16/26 but it has not been. The review on here that says they are a shell company that used a scam tracking company seems correct. DO NOT ORDER or you will lose your money and get nothing for it!

I nerver receve my order, I give 1 star but they deserve 0 star. I contac some body 4 times by email and the person told me the responsable is my post office???not true it's scam be careful

No delivery. Took money immediately. No contact in emails. Lied to paypal & said they delivered

Never recieved package, company never responded to my emails marked as delievered. I contacted paypal and paypal would NOT refund my money as paypal said my package was delieved. DON"T ORDER FROM THEM

Fluttelik is a shell company named "YINHUA TRADE LIMITED". They use a fake logistics network. No item was ever delivered to my residential address. This is a documented "Fake tracking ID" e-commerce scam: merchant fraud and non-delivery of goods.
