Based on our quality inspection and the materials provided, we did not find evidence of a manufacturing defect. Our Caribbean Curly Hair is made from 100% human hair and every order is inspected before shipment. We understand that not every customer will have the same experience, which is why our team spent considerable time communicating with you, reviewing your concerns, and exploring possible solutions. Because the wig had already been worn, washed, and modified during use, it could no longer be returned in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, and in line with our published return policy, a full refund was therefore not available. Even so, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a substantial partial compensation in an effort to resolve the matter amicably, but unfortunately we were unable to reach an agreement. To clarify the context of our TikTok Shop Affiliate Collaboration: We strive to be competitive, which is why we offered a commission rate above the industry standard in addition to the fixed fee. Transparency is our priority. All collaboration details and terms were fully discussed and mutually agreed upon in our signed contract before any products were shipped. We have paid the full agreed amount promptly. When you raised your concerns recently, we tried to explain that we were simply adhering to the agreement we both signed. It was never our intention to be disrespectful or undervalue your work.
