Placed my order (#2074) on August 18 with initial shipment of mid September, then Mid October because of valves not passing inspection, now I look at the tracking and it says ship by November 1st. It's difficult to maintain hope in the product and company when the communication is customer initiated and delays seem to be a part of their (unintended) business model.
I will update if/when the product is received.

I placed my order with Flowspace Mats in Jun and I still do t have my mat
I placed my order with Flowspace Mats on June 20 and chose the Flex delivery option, which offered a reduced price in exchange for being willing to wait longer for the mat. I understood that I was agreeing to an extended wait, and I was perfectly comfortable with that. My original estimated delivery date was August 17.
As August approached, I continued checking the order tracker. It showed that my mat was ready, had passed quality control, and was awaiting shipment. When my expected delivery date passed, I contacted Flowspace to find out what was going on.
The initial response was from an AI assistant named FIN, which wasn’t able to provide any additional information and directed me back to the same order tracker I had already been using. I had to specifically request that a human review my inquiry.
That’s when Daniel responded, and I want to give him credit for this part. His response was quick, personal, and honest. He explained that a defective batch of raw materials had affected a select number of mats, including mine, specifically involving the air valves and handles.
I was given two options: cancel for a full refund or have the mat remade with an expected delivery in November 2026, along with a 20% refund credit for the additional wait.
I responded that I still wanted the mat because I had done a lot of research and genuinely liked what Flowspace offered. I simply didn’t think it was reasonable to wait until November after already waiting approximately two months. I asked whether there might be a cancelled order for the same or a similar size that could be shipped to me instead, and I even offered to forgo the additional 20% credit if that would allow me to receive the mat sooner.
Daniel responded again and said he would investigate my order. He acknowledged that he had initially not realized I had selected the Flex option and specifically stated that the amount of time I would have to wait was “unfair.” He then asked me to give him 1–2 days to get an answer and provide me with options.
This was the last timeI’ve heard from him. This was over 3 weeks ago. I have now sent three follow-up emails and have received no response.
This is what ultimately disappoints me about this experience. I completely understand that manufacturing problems happen. I also appreciate that Daniel initially took responsibility, explained the situation honestly, and recognized that the delay was unreasonable.
But telling a customer that you’ll investigate their order and get back to them within 1–2 days, and then not responding to three follow-up emails, is extremely frustrating. I’m disappointed because after initially receiving what seemed like genuine customer service, the communication completely stopped.
I still hope Flowspace makes this right and gets me a mat before November. But as of now, my experience has been a long wait, limited communication, and ultimately being left without an answer.
