My experience from start to end was smooth and my representative was extremely patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Flow Payments over any other merchant processor. They have one of the best if not the best customer service in the industry.

Alex took care of everything quickly and professionally. I had an issue after terminating my merchant account (closed my business) and he was quick to do everything possible to remedy the situation. I didn't expect such great customer care even after no longer needing an account, but he consistently worked on resolving the issue for nearly a week.
