This is my first merchant account I ever set up. Alex did all the work and explained everything to me. He was very professional and called me back when he said he would and answered every time I called. He stayed on the phone with me and walked me through everything. The crazy part??? THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES AROUND!

Terrible company
Terrible company ! Alex Klimchenko should be fired. Non responsive, failed to answer any questions or call back , ended up signup with a competitor.

We are terribly sorry for the negative experience you had with one of our representatives. You applied for a merchant account on November 7th and followed up for an update with an e-mail to your representative on November 8th. We strive for excellence with every opportunity to assist a new client. You should not have had to wait 24 hours for a response. We did receive the first update from Underwriting in the afternoon of November 9th and you were promptly provided those updates, which included additional requests from underwriting. At that time, you indicated you were already approved with another provider and your file was deleted. Alex has made several attempts to reach out and personally apologize. On behalf of our team, I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication your experienced that day as well.
